The processing of the data entered in the form is thus based exclusively on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions (e.g. retention periods) remain unaffected.

(6) Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information. The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. (9) Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA (hereinafter reCAPTCHA) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a human or by an automated programme. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not made aware that an analysis is taking place.

The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

We use the service called Google Tag Manager from Google. “Google” is a group of companies and consists of Google Ireland Ltd. (provider of the service), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland as well as Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and other affiliated companies of Google LLC.

We have concluded an order processing contract with Google. The Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and only processes personal data itself for technically necessary purposes. The Google Tag Manager takes care of loading other components, which in turn may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Please note that American authorities, such as intelligence agencies, could potentially gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google due to the Internet Protocol (TCP) when this service is integrated, due to American laws such as the Cloud Act.

(12) Salesviewer

On this website, data is collected and stored for marketing, market research and optimisation purposes using the SalesViewer technology of SalesViewer GmbH on the basis of the legitimate interests of the website operator pursuant to Art. 6 Para.1 lit.f DSGVO.

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect company-related data and the corresponding usage. The data collected with this technology is encrypted via a non-reversible one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and not used to personally identify the visitor to this website.

The data stored within the framework of Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.

(13) UTM parameters

We use Matomo (formerly Piwik) for web analytics, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, (“Matomo”) using cookie technology. The protection of your data is important to us, which is why we have configured Matomo in such a way that your IP address is only recorded in abbreviated form. We therefore process your personal usage data anonymously. It is not possible for us to draw any conclusions about your person. (15) Pipedrive web visitors

We use the web visitor function of the CRM system of Pipedrive OÜ (Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia; “Pipedrive”) to further optimise our website and service offering. The web visitor feature is committed to full compliance with the GDPR. The web visitor tracker collects data via Pipedrive’s Amazon Web Services infrastructure. The data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Pipedrive collects behavioural data on all website visitors, including pages visited, source of visitors and time spent on the website. The visitor’s IP address is collected to identify the company and geographic location. We only have access to visitor data from companies and all users with a private IP address are automatically filtered out. It is not possible to assign IP addresses to individuals. We have concluded an order processing agreement with Pipedrive. (16) Leadinfo

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP-addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. On our website we use the conversion tracking of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. Service users are natural persons who access the Video.Taxi service via any website or application and use it to access content offered by TV1 or Video.Taxi customers free of charge or for a fee.

  • Associated sub-accounts

  • Information on purchase or payment transactions (e.g. transaction number, product name, date of purchase).
  • Information on activities in the respective personal account (e.g. creation of live streams, upload of on-demand content).

Video.Taxi customers are natural or legal persons who provide content for retrieval by service users via the Video.Taxi internet service provided by TV1 GmbH.

(2) Disclosure of personal data

In connection with the specific access to content issued by Video.Taxi customers via our service, we transmit the personal data of the service user collected by us to the respective customer.

In connection with purchase or payment transactions, we transmit the identification features (e-mail address and name) of the service user to our payment service provider. Further data for the processing of such a transaction is collected directly by the payment service provider and not via the Video.Taxi service or otherwise by TV1 GmbH. The service user can see during the purchase process at which point data relevant to the payment transaction is collected directly by the payment service provider.

(4) Storage period and deletion of personal data

Billing-relevant personal data of service users (e.g. information on purchase transactions or payment transactions as well as information on subscription transactions), which are processed in the context of the use of Video.Taxi when accessing paid content, must be stored for six years due to legal requirements and are deleted after this period.

(5) Further technical information

The Video.Taxi player may be embedded in various websites. TV1 GmbH is generally not the provider or operator of these websites. Functions for booking and technical set-up of the service are made available to Video.Taxi customers as publishers of content via the website http://www.video.taxi.
